Grade B Ugandan vanilla beans (also called extract beans) they are smaller. Whole extract Grade B Uganda vanilla beans will work just fine in your vanilla extract.
As the moister content is a bit lower the grade A the vanillin content is higher and therefore the grade B vanilla are suitable for extracts , paste and othe vanilla based products .
